Whole Foods 

This 40,000 square foot center is anchored by Whole Foods and is designed to be an extension of the adjacent shopping experience in the heart of Malibu's Civic Center. Five buildings create a village of small intimate shops in the active environment of fabric canopies and courtyards that provide seating and eating areas -- all located around the central parking, encompassed by trees, landscaped islands, walkways and benches. The buildings' forms, materials, and colors reflect the rural, park-like environment. The 6 acre site is landscaped with native species adding a visual connection to the adjacent Malibu Creek and Santa Monica Mountains.
